Many of the leaders that I coach are already outstanding leaders. Their leadership style are less transformational and often top-down where they are “telling” versus “asking”. You may ask – what is wrong with telling? Well first of all, it is debilitating for the leader and it takes away accountability for the person the leader is working with.
